Room for rent in a four bedroom house. We like to keep the house clean and are normally very quiet. This rental is limited to a single person due to space in the kitchen, although occasional guests are permitted.
Rent is $700/mth; for a shorter term renter I could lend an air bed. Rent includes the unfurnished bedroom, one parking spot, Internet, heat and electricity, use of kitchen appliances including BBQ, laundry, cleaning supplies, and some toiletries.
No pets, no smoking, and no drugs are requirements. Having friends over, or drinking is perfectly acceptable. We are just respectful to each other by giving notice of a large group of people coming over, not being too loud too late, and cleaning up after ourselves.
