Custom ordered new in 2005, Owner operator spec with Air ride seat, Power windows/locks, cd player, chrome appearance package, and pro loader spring suspension.
The truck was completely refreshed in 2020 as owner planned to keep for many more years. Business direction has changed and it’s a shame to see it sit. Over $20,000 spent to make it like new.
Drive train:
1) International Vt365 – Warranty re-manufactured long block installed 80k km ago.
- Less than 5000 km on complete bulletproof package. ARP head studs, new gaskets, NEW Turbo, oil cooler, egr delete, New FCIM, all 8 injectors tested professionally, the list goes on. Engine runs beautifully and is built stronger than new.
2) Allison 2500 series transmission – this is the heavy duty Allison automatic, overbuilt for this GVW and given a full flush and new filters.
3) Front axle and steering is in good shape with no worn parts, rear axle has a fresh fluid change
Brakes: Hydraulic brakes brand new from top to bottom
1) New Master brake cylinder
2) New calipers on all 4 corners, with new hoses
3) New rotors and pads on all 4 corners
Body and Deck
1) Cab and interior show like new. 3 stage paint correction and finish applied to cab body
2) 20’x8’6” Dell manufactured flat deck, installed with lowest deck height possible, helping productivity.
3) Led light package, and finished rear plate added for appearance and ease of maintenance.
4) Heavy duty hitch, 7 pin wiring and brake controller installed.
5) Flat bed is brand NEW tongue and groove hardwood painted black. Installed with New u-bolts.
