We are a professional couple looking to rent out our first-floor unit. The house has an open floor plan, 9ft ceilings, large kitchen with lots of cabinet space, gas stove, gas BBQ hook-up, and a large deck. The back of the house faces the Greenbelt and offers added privacy. Free street parking is available. We travel constantly for work, so at times you may be alone in the entire house. We are looking for a VERY CLEAN, responsible and respectful tenant. We have a couple of cats, so tenant must be okay with our cats being present at the property (cats are not allowed into the “private/rented” areas described below).
