A beautiful, modern condo with 24-hour security, gated parking and an elavator (condo is #206, one flight of stairs from the ground floor), 200 meters from the beach and 200 meters from 5th Avenue (Playa del Carmen's main drag) in the other direction. Located in the north, quieter part of Playa del Carmen, the building is on 44th street (Calle 44), between 1st Ave and Calle Cozumel.
The condo has 2 balconies (off the master bedroom and the living room), facing a quiet side street. Master bedroom has a king size bed while the 2nd bedroom could be set up as a king or 2 twin beds.
2nd bedroom also has a small folding couch for children up to 10-years-old.
Kitchen is fully equipped while the balcony has a full size BBQ. Master bedroom and living room both have smart TV sets, available to bring your own FireTV stick.
