In need of a home yesterday.
Not in a position to buy a home on my own.
Not able to pay the rent prices people are asking.
Really need a kind soul to hold a mortgage for me.
In return, I will pay high interest, take care of the property meticulously, and I will pay the mortgage on time.
I can afford up to $1500 a month.
All I’m asking is for a cheap home $150k or less. On a private property in Nova Scotia.
I’ll pay high interest
Thank you !

Note of caution: A colorful flyer came in the mail this week advertising that an out of province outfit will be in Truro Monday, May 1, to buy gold and silver. Be aware that these types of buyers only offer a fraction of what your coins are worth. Make sure you know the true value of your item! Talk to a local dealer or collector first for a free estimate so you don't get ripped off by these outfits that slip into town for a day.
The next regular monthly meeting of the Central Nova Coin Club is scheduled for May 1st. And the Club annual show and bourse will be held Sunday, May 21st, from 9AM to 3PM, at the Best Western Conference Centre on Willow Street in Truro, with sellers and buyers from across the Maritimes. There will be an auction of numismatic items Saturday evening at 7 PM. Everyone is welcome. Admission Sunday is three dollars for adults,, kids are free, and there will be door prizes.
Regular meetings of the Central Nova Coin Club are scheduled for 7 PM on the first Monday of each month throughout the year. Meetings are held in the large meeting space at the Truro Recreation Department Building (former Douglas Street School), 40 Douglas Street in Truro. Visitors are welcome.
There will be a short business meeting to deal with club activities, followed by an informational program on some aspect of numismatics. Then there will a mini auction of coins, tokens or paper currency brought in by members. Visitors are welcome to participate. Payment by cash only please. Department of Health Covid protocols at the time will be in effect and those who wish to wear masks are encouraged to do so.
There will be club members present who are knowledgeable and happy to appraise old coins, tokens and paper currency, and provide a free estimate of their value. You should always know the value of your collectable items before you part with them. It is wise to obtain an appraisal from a numismatist or a collector you know and trust.
Always BEWARE of the outfits with fancy advertising that flit into town on a weekend and only pay a very small percentage of what a coin is actually worth. We have heard so many horror stories of people who have been ripped off. DO NOT BECOME VICTIM OF THESE UNSCRUPULOUS OUTFITS BECAUSE YOU DO NOT KNOW THE TRUE VALUE OF YOUR COIN.
CLUB TIP : -Never, NEVER clean or polish old coins; it will ruin the collectable value. Too many coins with potential value have been ruined by someone trying to make the coin shine.
Anyone with an interest in coin, token or paper currency collecting is welcome to attend one of our meetings. Perhaps you will be interested in joining this popular hobby group. Just show up, or if you wish more information, please use this contact message or google Central Nova Coin Club or check out our club Facebook page.

Hi there, just trying to put together some care packages for OUR LOCAL homeless people, hygiene, backpacks, hand warmers and first aid supplies. If you have any working cell phones that we could match up with people in the backpacks we are donating that would make these packs very special. I will be willing to buy the Sim cards and the first month prepaid service for as many are donated. There has been a rising number of homelessness here in the area and a cell phone and list of resources with some basic necessities in a back pack could really make the difference between life and death, hungry and full andsafe and unsafe . Please msg if you have anything we can put together and we can arrange pick up or drop off thank you in advance. Everything helps when they have nothing

Hey everyone.
I'm only looking for NORMAL friendship! No dating, no FWB, no hook-ups, no gross stuff!
I am in my early 30's and have Autism. Anyone in their 20's or 30's can msg me.I'm bored a lot as all my friends now have families or jobs or university and can no longer hang out more than a couple times a year because they're too busy.
Please don't msg me disability/Autism org's as recommendations.
I prefer to make friends with a Neurotypical person/people who are tolerant & understanding. The type of people I find the most fun to be around are kinda hyper/goofy though as I love joking around, roughhousing & pranks lol. I seem to get along with ADHD people well too.
My dream is a group of friends to hang out, play sports (mostly non-contact sports until i deal with a health issue), watch sports (soccer, football, hockey, basketball, rugby, mma etc...), watch movies, go to festivals, the trampoline park, escape rooms, swimming, water fights in summer, snowball fights in winter etc... I currently go to a recreation centre.
I work in the sports & recreation field.
Anyways, please msg me if I sound like someone you & your friends would want to hang out with.
