Looking for concrete/construction labourer

looking for reliable worker. Hard work, all weather conditions. Heavy lifting, dirty work, all sorts of stuff nobody likes to do. paying 20/hr for zero experience,, oportunity for advancement. Looking for reliability and willingness to try. I will definately entertain interviewing more experienced workers looking to make a move, and negotiating accordingly
