We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our construction and renovation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing a variety of building components and systems, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and to high-quality standards. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a broad skill set in construction and installation techniques.

Responsibilities

Install exterior prefabricated products

Install interior prefabricated products

Professionalism in customer service

Repair and service exterior prefabricated products

Repair and service interior prefabricated products

Determine layout and installation procedures

Document and prepare invoices and work orders

Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies

Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment

Utilize hand and power tools

Qualifications

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and specific skills such as cabinetry installation or tile laying is preferred.
Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, masonry, welding, electrical systems, plumbing, flooring installation, or restoration is a plus.

Ability to read technical drawings and construction plans accurately.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions.

compensation: 22.50 to 24.50 hourly (To be negotiated)
