This room is normally sold as a hotel room through Booking.com or AirBnb, but the owner decided to rent it for a short term during the off season (winter). The tenant may rent it for a long term in the future, if the owner is satisfied with the tenant. The room comes with all the utilities, the shared bathroom, shared living area high speed internet, a bar fridge in the room and public parking. Shared Pantry with the microwave available but the stove is optional (If anyone need, there are 3 more rooms to select for higher price)
It is very close the Town Center, Industrial park and located in the Down Town, front of the Town Hall. No contract needed as it is a registered hotel room under Nova Scotia tourism. You have to pay a refundable Damage deposit, First & the last month. You may have to provide Referral, Job details / Two pay slips, credit check up, to consider.
