This rental will be available from August to Sept. 15th. (There is some leeway around rental timing)
The rental cost is $3200 per month and includes utilities and internet. References required.
This character home with acreage built in 1892 is situated close to hiking trails at the foot of Mt. Tzouhalem and along the Cowichan estuary, a beautiful location.
It is very spacious and has three bedrooms, with a bathroom on each level and another half bathroom on the main floor. There is air conditioning on the main floor provided by a heat pump. The kitchen/eating area is large and open and the main floor has twelve foot ceilings with beautiful views of nature.
The home is lovingly furnished with original artwork, fir floors and tall wooden windows. Outside there is ample parking. No gardening is needed.
Downstairs there is an independent suite so upstairs renters will need to be considerate about noise levels.
We are looking for tenants who will enjoy our home and treat it respectfully as if it were their own. This short term summer rental would be perfect for someone wanting to enjoy Vancouver Island for the summer, on sabbatical, or someone between homes.
