I am a current tenant subletting my apartment for three months from June 1 to August 31, 2026. The apartment is located in the University Endowment Lands on UBC Central Campus (right outside UBC Bus Loop).
Unit details:
- 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
- Approximately 764 square feet, top floor
- Furnished living and dining area with a pullout couch
- Equipped kitchen with all appliances
- In-suite washer and dryer
- Furnished Balcony
The master bedroom has a queen mattress (no frame), a desk, a dresser, a closet, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a bed with frame, a large closet, and a full bathroom outside the room.
Rent is $4,500 per month. Heat, water, hydro, and internet are included.
A damage deposit equal to half a month of rent ($2,250) is required.
No pets, no smoking.
