I’m looking to sublet my fully furnished 1 bedroom with a private bathroom from May 1st to August 31. Month-to-month is possible, please inquire, though those who can rent for the full period will be given priority.
WOMEN ONLY - my landlord only allows female tenants - and no couples (single vacancy only)
The unit is a 3 bedroom with a shared kitchen and living room with 2 other female tenants, but the bed+bath are enclosed within its own part of the house with a lockable door for extra privacy.
$980 a month (ORIGINALLY 1280) with ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. $500 returnable damage deposit. I am open to reasonable negotiation!
