We're a group of 4 friends (all guys, 23) looking for a 4 bedroom house in Vancouver for September 1st.
What we're looking for:
4 bed / 2 bath
Budget: $5,200–$6,000/month total ($1,300–$1,500 per person)
Areas: Downtown (strong preference), Mount Pleasant, or Kits
Move-in: September 1st
⌚ Lease: 1 year
️ Furnished ideal, but flexible
A little about us:
• No smoking, no pets, little to no drinking
• All working full time on our own businesses, with bachelor's degrees
• We work from home or out of cowork offices, so keeping the space clean is a priority
• Happy to provide landlord references and roommate references
We've all known each other since going to UVic and are moving to Vancouver together to further pursue our business starups where we’re practically working 24/7. We're the clean and organized type: the kind of guys who help you tidy up after hosting a party and actually get to know the neighbours and bring over baked goods.
Myself and Pierre run LampPost Vancouver (check it out!), which puts every event in the city into one spot online. We’ve hosted tons of events in Victoria and are expanding to Vancouver.
Julian and Taylor are on their second business together: Julian previously ran StudentHaus, which helped expand housing options for young people, and Taylor ran multiple social media agencies. Now building something new in stealth
Outside of work we're active and social. We'll go out dancing salsa, play soccer, and love a good bike ride. Whether it's a board game night in (Catan or Magical Athlete) or catching a show at Green Auto, we're the type to go anywhere.
