Needed Bachelor suite to rent

Hello, I am trying to help a young man just recently arrived from Haiti to find accommodations. He is looking for a bachelor/suite in the $800 range. He is working and would like to find a place in East Vancouver roughly around the Commercial drive area or S.W or West Burnaby.
Non Smoker, No Pets. Graduated with a Philosophy Degree. Fun fact he is also a Tailor and an instructor in the field.
