I have two types of lithium batteries for e-bikes, all New-In-Box and never used. All come with a (key actuated, locking) mounting system, internal Battery Management System and an appropriate charger. Please refer to the pictures, lots of good information there. Note the great packaging.
These batteries are designed to be removed from the e-bike and can be taken elsewhere to be charged or to prevent theft.
I have personally tested these batteries and they hold their charge nicely, giving long life and satisfactory performance. They have appropriate safety approvals.
The 13 aH batteries come with a 2.0 amp charger, the 20 aH batteries come with a 5.0 amp fast charger. Input power is standard 120 - 240 VAC, 60 hz as is commonly found.
