Wage: $21/hour with 4% vacation pay
Work hours: 30-40 hours/week
Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties:
• Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies.
• Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards.
• Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks.
• Cooking and preparing high quality dishes.
• Assisting the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes.
• Supervising all kitchen stations.
Employment requirement for the position:
• 3-5 years of commercial cooking experience
• Completion of Secondary school
Skills required:
• Standing longer for extended periods
• Good communication skills to work with others to maximize the efficiency of the restaurant operation
• Ability to work under pressure or/and in fast paced environment
