Description
Heaven Masonry and Construction Ltd. is looking for a skilled and reliable Stonemason to join our team for residential and commercial projects across Surrey and the Lower Mainland.
Wage: $38.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time (30–40 hours per week)
Terms: Permanent; Day, Weekend, and Overtime required
Location: Surrey, BC (On the road – various locations)
Main Responsibilities:
Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, and masonry units.
Lay stone or similar materials to provide high-quality veneer facing.
Build patios, garden walls, and other decorative installations.
Read sketches and blueprints to calculate materials required.
Work at heights, on scaffolding, and swing stages.
Cut and trim materials to specification using hand and power tools.
Requirements:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of professional experience.
Credentials: WHMIS and Fall Arrest Protection (or willing to obtain).
Skills: Physically demanding, handling heavy loads, bending, and kneeling.
Other: Valid Driver’s Licence required.
