- Postsecondary degree or diploma in related field preferred (Architecture, Construction, Building Science, Engineering)
- Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders internally and externally
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and related software
- You are located in or around the Port Coquitlam, BC area

Shipper/Receiver (Richmond, Coquitlam)
This position follows established procedures to perform tasks including: receiving, verifying and stocking inventory in the warehouse; pulling and verifying orders for delivery to customers, job sites and to our clients facilities; and providing customer service at the branch.

As the Order Picker, duties include but are not limited to:
• Maintain safeguards of confidential company information
• Putting away received materials in the proper storage locations
• Pick orders quickly and accurately and in a manner, which allows the order checker to verify the product quickly and efficiently.
• Package the products in a professional manner (i.e. label each box with the “Re-Pack” sticker, repacking product into larger cartons or totes)
• Place the orders on the appropriate pallets, ready for shipping out; these pallets are then to be arranged (stored) by route number in the designated locations.
• Ensure labels are arranged on pallet appropriately.
• Ensure that they have checked all the products in the temporary out of stock portion of the picking slip for custom packs and pre-packs.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment. This includes disposing of pallet boards, wood chips etc.
• Remove and report damaged product.
• Remove any damaged product they may see during picking and report the item # and number of pieces or cases to the Supervisor on duty
• Complete orders prior to ending shift.
• Safe Raymond Reach operation
• General warehouse maintenance
Qualifications
• Team player, adaptable, and energetic with a positive professional attitude
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment, and are comfortable operating Forklifts with safety
• Raymond reach experience and asset / ticket not required but an asset
• Knowledge of safe lifting and handling techniques
• Ability to carry, lift, move product/supplies in excess of 50lbs
• The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
• You excel at communicating with professionalism in both verbal and written format
• A minimum of one (1-2) years of previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse atmosphere, including receiving, pulling orders, packing and shipping preferred.
