My wife Lisa and I are seeking assistance with our 2 girls, ages 6 and 12, mostly with after school hours. We are both easygoing, graduate-school educated professionals with successful careers. Our girls attend private school and are quite easy as well. We are looking for one of 2 options. Option one would be to pick the girls up from school at 3:30 each day (Meadowridge School in Maple Ridge), drive them home (Burke Mountain, Coquitlam), and then help get dinner started, homework, tidy kitchen, etc. Option 2 would be to come 2 or 3 afternoons around 3pm, help with household stuff/dinner prep for a while and then pick them up from the school bus stop (2 minutes from our house) at 4:10pm. We also would love sporadic evenings and weekends for date nights. We live in a big, modern, spacious, clean home filled with books and toys and with a big backyard. We are also directly adjacent to the forest and there is a beautiful park about a 2 minute walk away, so lots to do. We do have a very friendly golden doodle who loves anybody that pays any attention to him and is a very gently soul. We are non-smokers. We are also looking for somebody to help with a bit of the housework, mostly loading and loading the dishwasher, keeping the kitchen tidy and clean, sweeping the kitchen floor regularly, and helping with the laundry. Should you be looking for more hours, we could offer the complete housekeeping job to the successful candidate, which would be about another 10-12 hours/month and involve traditional housekeeper responsibilities. This portion of the job is optional. As there is no city bus stop close to us, and driving the girls is a requirement, your own vehicle is a must. A booster seat will be provided as the 6 year old still requires one. We also (usually) go out quite a bit, so are always looking for evening and weekend sitters if you wanted more hours. Thank you, and feel free to contact me with any additional questions. Please visit https://canadiannanny.ca/jobs/hiring-nanny-in-coquitlam-bc-competitive-wages-20hour-family-seeking-experienced-caregiver-canadian-job to view full details and to apply.
