Reduced Rent – Coquitlam Centre

I’m looking for a reliable, mature male to live in and help manage my 3 level, 3,200 sq ft detached house in the Coquitlam Centre area. This is a shared housing / roommate situation with reduced rent in exchange for light management duties.
About the house
• Detached three level house, approximately 3,200 sq ft.
• One self contained basement area with tenant and two roommates.
• Two upper floors (“manager’s level”) with two existing roommates in my area of the house.
• Everyone is currently paying on time and gets along well.
You would be living on the upper floors as a roommate and acting as my “eyes and ears” when I’m away.
