We are looking for an awesome person to share our home which is available on November 22nd.The bedroom: We are renting a single bedroom on the second floor of our townhouse. The bathroom will be shared with a 20-year-old male.
The rent is $850 per month. We are looking for at least a 6-month lease.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, desk, and chair, and it has a closet with lots of space. Only one person is allowed, with NO exceptions.
The community is called Savile Row. It is located very close to Deer Lake and Burnaby lake.
Free parking is available outside the complex if needed.
