Hi, my name is Min, a certified performance/nutritionist/Muay Boran coach. Currently taking clients. spots are limited for serious candidates who want real results from a qualified trainer.
Information.
I have been coached by an ex Olympic coach for judo and MMA and 100s of coaches in Thailand Fairtex. I Have worked with various ages from 10 to 60s years old, and different athletic levels of the clients. My program provides you the full benefit in true acknowledgment of what health is. Many lack the guidance or understanding, therefore, the workout gets very dull and boring while not getting any results or good vibes. My programs are all about pure function and performance making sure the other 23 hours of your day are affected by your workouts. It will not be a typical 10 reps 3 set rinse repeat boring workout. I analyze the imbalances and weaknesses along with making sure my clients understand why, what, and how they are doing it, whether it is biomechanics, anatomy, psychologically to fully provide a deeper understanding which will fast forward their results in terms of looks and feel. Having a strong mind and body is the basis of life, it is what gives us a purpose. Don't talk the talk, but definitely walk the walk, take initiative and action! Some of us are made to be greater! Beginner to extreme advance! Let us get started! I will make sure you feel energized after a workout instead of drained in tiredness! If you are so tired after a workout, something is wrong in the regiment. Should always be a feel-good adrenaline tired excited for next time feeling stronger. I offer also live in or check in, meaning I can come over to check you're eating right. cook for you, and make sure you are sleeping right, and doing your workouts.. (300 dollars per 45 minutes.)
