Le condo comporte une chambre fermée, une salle de bain complète et une deuxième salle d’eau, la cuisine , salon et salle à manger.Il est doté d’un climatiseur central ,la télé intelligente et internet haute vitesse illimitée. La cuisine et toute équipée, Il y a un salle de lavage sur chaque étage. Vous avez accès à la piscine et la terrace aux chaises longues et barbecue au gaz. Vous avez aussi une place de stationnement privé clôturé avec accès contrôlé par une barrière automatique. L’immeuble a un ascenseur et le condo se trouve au 3e étage.
La location est minimum de 14 jours pour690/par semaine

At the Sea Garden Ocean Breeze resort in Nuevo Nayarit (approx 10 kms north of Puerto Vallarta) we have 3 one week periods available (excluding christmas or easter holiday seasons) for our timeshare. On occasion in the past we’ve been able to book and reserve additional weeks, though availability isn’t guaranteed.
Located on a 3 mile stretch of pristine golden beach, the Sea Garden Ocean Breeze resort is steps from the ocean, features pools, restaurant and bar services, and daily activities. There is chaise seating at both the pool and on the beach, with towel and bar service. There is a well marked and lifeguarded ocean swimming area. A short walk down the beach is the associated and larger Vidanta resort, where there are more amenities and services. Sea Garden resort is within walking distance from restaurants, convenience store shopping, and the marina and pier. A longer walk or short taxi ride takes you to more shopping, amenities and restaurants in Nuevo Vallarta. Puerto Vallarta and other popular destinations are conveniently accessible by taxi.
Within the quiet and secure Sea Garden, accommodation type is a one bedroom master suite, includes a king bed, bathroom with tub, shower and sink, kitchenette with small fridge and stove, coffee maker, toaster and blender, glasses and mugs, utensils, dinnerware and cookware. There are two TVs (including many US and Canadian channels), ceiling fans, air conditioning and a safe. Two couches with trundle beds and linens provide sleeping for an additional four people, or 6 in total. In the summer, along with the above mentioned indoor recreational facilities, Stoneridge Resort has beautiful tennis and pickleball courts, wonderful barbeque areas, horseshoe pits, a state of the art 19 hole mini golf course, bike and fishing pole rentals, sundeck, all surrounded by a 19 hole championship golf course. With an abundance of lakes close by, there are several opportunities for boating and water activities. Silverwood Amusement Park and Boulder Beach Waterpark, the US Northwest largest fun park, are only 25 minutes away. As you can see, Stoneridge Resort has something for every interest in your family. With recently installed elevators to all units the entire resort is now accessible for all ages and abilities. Only service animals are allowed at the resort. We have Studio units available starting June 7, 2024 through to the end of September starting at $700 CAN. Online or through the resort these prime vacation week units would be well over $800 US.
