Isabel
Description
Introducing Isabel. She was found wandering on a mountain road last fall and has come a long way. She’s put on a ton of weight and is now off any special diet foods. Because no one knows her history we don’t know how old she is or what breed but best guesses say mid 20’s and Arab cross. She’s gotten a lot better at lifting her feet and basic ground manners since we’ve put some time into her. We recently had a friend who rides English and western take her for a spin and she responded beautifully to the English style.
She is not a beginner rider's horse as she tends to be hot especially when jumping. She would be an excellent mount for a confident student as a 4H horse or other similar discipline. She still enjoys jumping and being on the move even at her age. Would be great to see her go to a loving knowledgeable home for her last few years.
The picture with the pink lead rope is the day we got her, several months after she was found, the other two are from when she was found. The last one with the kid in the green shirt is this fall The other two are recent. OBO
