Ridley’s are a critically endangered species in Canada, and are the only Canadian heritage breed of turkey! They are hardy, do well in our cold winters, love to forage in the summers, reproduce naturally, and are great mothers. These birds also are great for the table at thanksgiving and Christmas time, typically ready to process between 16-20 weeks.
