Spring Guest Cottage For Rent, Grand Beach (Grand Marais, MB)

2026 Spring Nights run from May 7 to June 18. Spring rentals are $135/Night (price based on 2 Nights Minimum: Add $50 for only 1 Night = $185 Total). Add $25 for Victoria Day Long Weekend bookings.
2026 Summer Nights run from June 19 to Sept 3. Summer rentals are $165/Night (price based on 4 Nights Minimum: Add $50/Night For Each Night Under Minimum). Add $50 for both Summer Long Weekend bookings.
Check-In Time is after 4PM (and and appreciated if before 9PM when possible). Self Check-In is also an option. Check-Out Time is by 2PM.
Note: A Minimum 50% Rental Deposit is required to secure your reservation, and any balance plus a refundable Cleaning & Damage Retainer (CDR) of $200 is due 10 days before arrival (the CDR will be returned to you after satisfactory inspection of cabin and property).

We are located @ 74 Pinehurst Ave (near Sunset Ave) in Grand Marais Manitoba, which is a short 4 minute drive to beautiful Grand Beach to swim and tan in the Summer (with world famous sand and sand bars so safe for the little ones), or an easy 300 meter walk down the street to the lake to fish and explore all rental season and to take in the beautiful sunsets. It's a great area for taking a walk, hiking, biking, ATVing and deer watching. You could even spend the day at our guest cottage on the back patio soaking in the sun, or just enjoying a nice bonfire overlooked from your front deck.

Our guest cottage has a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, stove, slow cooker, coffee maker, kettle, drinking water cooler, dishes & cutlery), bathroom with flush toilet & shower, 43" Sharp Roku 4K UHD Smart TV, Bell Satellite TV, VHS & DVD players, High Speed Internet with WiFi and a VoIP phone with FREE local calling around the Grand Beach area and FREE calls to/from Winnipeg. 2 parking spaces are included with your rental.

Amenities in the area within walking distance include convenience stores, liquor mart, restaurants, beer store/bar and even a mini-putt. It's only a 20 minute drive to South Beach Casino, and if you like to golf, we have several golf courses in the area: 17 minute drive to Grand Pines golf course, 24 minute drive to Victoria Beach golf course (Note: you must walk the last 750 meters during July-August so 30 minutes total), or a 36 minute drive to Pine Falls golf course. To help fill your days you can also rent Kayaks and ATV/Quads from us, or bring your own ATV/UTVs and we can go for a ride with you to show you the beautiful multi-purpose North Star Trails just East of Hwy 59 (see belairatvclub.ca for trail maps).

Please note: Our guest cottage is designed for a single family of up to 6 to enjoy, not for multiple families or a group of friends to cost share and party in. Additional charge of $25 / person / night may be applicable for single families larger than 6 people (to a max sleeping capacity of 9 people).
