Welcome to Solana Breeze, which is a CANADIAN OWNED, 7 Bedroom, 5 & half bath Vacation Villa with private inground pool and spa. This home has a 40ft rear covered lanai with oversized pool & deck. The property is South facing which provides all day full sun for the backyard screened in pool and spa (we recently had hand rails installed for the pool and spa for people with mobility issues). Lots of privacy with no rear neighbours! Sleeps 16 +1.

Located in the gated, 24/7 security guarded Solana Resort in Davenport (Orlando) Florida, this home is only 15 minutes from Disney, minutes to the I4 and Hwy 27 and near all other Central Florida attractions. This home is available for SHORT TERM rentals of 4 nights or more and is ideal for a multiple family rental, group or just one big family. It includes 4 King Masters with ensuites. On the main floor is 1 King room with ensuite and 1 room with 2 twin beds. The second floor consists of 3 King rooms with ensuites, 1 room with 2 twin beds and 1 room with 2 sets of bunk beds, as well as 1 additional day bed on the landing providing a maximum sleep capacity of 17! All bedrooms and living room have flat screen TV’s, High speed internet with wifi, digital cable and free long distance phone calls to the USA & Canada.

The fully equipped kitchen has upgraded stainless steel appliances including fridge with ice maker, stove, microwave & dishwasher as well as a toaster, kettle, coffee maker and Keurig machine. There is a full size washer and dryer in the laundry area. All linens & towels are supplied. There is a starter supply of soaps, dish cleaner, paper towel & bathroom tissue. This home is self catering so you purchase additional consumables and groceries A large Publix & Walmart are 10 minutes away on Hwy 27. There is no daily maid service available.

Solana Resort amenities include a Clubhouse with fitness room, lounge area, large resort pool, hot tub, sauna, Tiki bar, internet room, video arcade, gift shop, volleyball court, mini golf course (small fee), kids playground area, picnic area and barbecues.
