Villa EmiSue, elegant sophisticated Pool home on a Canal

Welcome to my awesome Vacation home located in Cape Coral, Florida. Named after my beautiful daughter Emily and myself Suzette.
Very modern, tropical ambience, Tommy Bahama style decor. Tall spectacular ceilings throughout home. Tasteful decor transports you to an island resort feeling. Recently underwent extensive updates and renovation, newly installed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, black granite countertops.
3 bedrooms, master bedroom has King size bed and matching furniture, 2 other bedrooms with Queen size beds, 1 is Tommy Bahama style 4-poster bed, the other seaside decor, with matching furniture. Master bedroom had en suite Bathroom
with a Black Marble garden tub, double sinks with black granite countertop. Second and third bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with double sinks, granite countertop, bathtub/standup shower. All bedrooms with locks for privacy. Half bathroom leads out to Lanai/ pool dock area. All doors including master bedroom sliding doors, formal living room French doors and sliding doors in kitchen area lead out to pool deck/Lanai area. Enjoy breakfast and dinner on the Lanai, have a beverage of choice whilst relaxing on the patio and watching some of the most beautiful, spectacular sunsets. Get ready to make new friends, wave to happy boaters who pass by on the Canal daily.
-Suitable for maximum 6 people, no children under 12 years old.
-Absolutely NO PETS ALLOWED, owner is highly allergic to pets hair and dander.
-No life guard on duty, Swim at your own risk. Pool graduates from shallow end, 3 feet to deepest end, 6 feet 3 inches. Pool is heated for 8 hours in the winter months, temperatures vary between 80 to 82 degrees
Fahrenheit. UPDATE: brand new Pool Heater installed December 15, 2020.
- backyard with no fence, leads directly into the Canal/water. There is a boat dock but no boat, boat can be rented from local companies.
- no swimming in the Canal by strict Rules and Ordinances of the City of Cape Coral. Fishing is allowed from my boat dock.
- home is located in close proximity to major streets/ highways, hospital and Urgent care clinics only 3 miles away, drug stores, grocery stores, shopping malls , restaurants and nightlife. 20 minutes from Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers beach, approximately 2 hours from Walt Disney and Tampa , Florida. We are approximately 10 minutes away from Cape Coral water Park.
- absolutely no large social gatherings, loud or rowdy parties or social events allowed. No loud, blaring music, owner wants to preserve tranquility and not disturb neighbors peace of mind.
