Spend a day at your private outdoor Oasis or grab provided beach chairs, towels, umbrella and take an easy 7 minute walk to the powder sugar, white sand beaches of St Pete Beach to spend relaxing time on the beach. Stroll, jog or walk by the beach as much as you desire. Rent jet-skis, a boat and explore the Gulf of Mexico or just relax on the patio and watch dolphins playing in your private backyard. This property offers endless possibilities to make your own vacation perfect.

This property sits on 80 feet of waterfront with boat dock. The home is equipped with Pool, Hot tub (extra charge), BBQ, unlimited WiFi throughout, flat screen TV, central air conditioning, washer and dryer and all the necessary amenities to keep your family self-sufficient and entertained.

Please note - this is waterfront property with deep water at the dock, children and pets should be supervised at all times. Hot tub usage is available at additional cost of $20/day (up to $400/month) or as agreed with the owner. You will not be able to turn hot tub on unless you are provided special instructions on how to operate the equipment.

Also, we do not charge any pet fees and we love pets, but at this stage only dogs are allowed. We would like to approve your pets before accepting reservation so please let us know at the time of booking if you are bringing your fluffy friend.

Price is in USD. Add 200$ cleaning fee to any booking.
