We have very few 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condo units still available in Cabarete at the Cabarete East Beach Front Resort, this complex will meet all of your vacationing needs. The complex is very well maintained and has direct ocean frontage with a nice sand beach for those long walks, it also has a good size swimming pool, a great restaurant called Martini’s. It is a gated complex with private parking and 24 hour security, it is a 2 minute drive to Janet’s supermarket in Cabarete and another minute or two to downtown Cabarete. All units have AC, high speed fiber optic internet, cable TV, washer and dryer in each unit, dishwasher, most units have a queen size bed or beds and a balcony or patio. Most ground floor units have a garden and pool view, upper floor units have an ocean, pool and garden view. The units can be rented weekly (2 week minimum), monthly or long term (5 months or longer). Rental rates are based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, location of the unit, view, condition, amenities and length of the rental. Renal rates for 1 bedroom units on the ground floor start at US$1500 per month or US$650 a week, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom units start at US$1750 per month or US$700 a week, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom units start at US$2000 per month or US$750 per week. Our 4 Season New Renovated A-Frame Vacation Rental is located in the Spruce Sands area, approximately 12 minutes North of Gimli and one hour from Winnipeg’s North Perimeter.
It is situated on a 0.3-acre treed lot, with lots of parking. We are only 210 steps to Lake Winnipeg, where you can enjoy a beautiful, secluded beach, one of many in the area. No matter if it’s a summer beach day or a full day of winter activities, you can relax around a campfire in the back yard under the starry sky. You cannot beat the views!
Inside you will enjoy all the comforts of home with our A-Frame’s bright 2000 sq ft open floor plan. Share memorable culinary experiences with family and friends by cooking in the gourmet kitchen. This main hub of the cottage is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and large apron farm sink. Water is filtered through a water softener however you will find a tap in the kitchen that has well water that we use for drinking.
There is plenty of storage for longer stays with a second fridge located in the pantry. You will discover the kitchen has all the conveniences of home including a wine cooler, Keurig carafe and single cup brewer, coffee grinder, Nutribullet blender, emulsifier, and crock pot to name a few.
At the very heart of that hub is the 7ft quartz island which provides ample prep place for any meal creation. Its the perfect place for casual meals or gathering for drinks and appies. If you are looking for a sit-down dinner, there is a large family size dining table.
The luxurious loft bedroom with ensuite has a large electric fireplace and dormer windows that provide stunning lake views and spectacular sunsets. Located on the main floor there are 2 other bedrooms with large windows where you can lay in bed and look at the moon and stars. All bedrooms have 10-inch memory foam mattresses, hotel quality comforters and pillows.
On the main floor there is one main bathroom with tub/shower and another bathroom which includes a shower plus a washer and dryer.
The sunroom at the back of the A-Frame is south facing and has many windows and a patio door leading to a future wrap around deck (Spring of 2021). The sunroom has a 55” TV, electric fireplace and a large sectional sofa bed so when you are not exploring the great outdoors, you can curl up inside with a fire to watch Netflix or read a good book.
Our A-Frame comes with Free Wi-Fi, Chromecast, Google home, security system and an electronic door lock for contactless entry. We also have a strict COVID-19 cleaning process that our professional cleaner follows to ensure the cottage is thoroughly cleaned between renters.
