Ebike - Magnum Peak 29 Electric Assist Bicycle
Description
Magnum Peak 29 with extra battery packs.
$1800 without extra battery packs. $2200 with extra battery packs.
This is my 3rd summer with the bike and I love it but I'd like to upgrade to a mid-drive bike.
-The frame is large so best suited for 5'10" and above.
-Includes three batteries (1 factory and 2 auxiliary). I always take good care of my batteries. They've never been charged more than 85% or discharged less than 40%. Get a combined 38AH's of battery life when you use all three batteries at the same time (wiring harness included). Depending on how you ride you can get over 200 km of range with it.
-Approx 3700kms on the odometer.
-500 watt (750 watt peak) rear hub motor gets you up hills with ease.
-6 levels of pedal assist from 20km/hr all the way to 45km/hr.
-I've done some customizing upgrades on this Magnum bike. I put Schwable Marathon tires on for smooth commuting to and from work. They are very puncture resistant and have less road resistance than then the knobby tires that came with.
-Fenders are installed to help with any rainy weather.
-I upgraded to a Thudbuster seat post to help with any high-speed bumps along the way.
-I extended the steering column by a few inches to give a more upright and comfortable sitting posture.
-There's a front removable handlebar bag by Topeak and a gas tank bag by Topeak to carry all your nitty gritty bits.
-Both auxiliary batteries fit in the rear Topeak bag that is removable and has two side paneer bags that fold down.
All the batteries are charged up and it's ready to take for a spin.
