A LITTLE HISTORY ABOUT THE TRUCK:

The truck was initially designed and outfitted by professional, unionized tradespeople for a college culinary program in Southern Ontario.
Of the many food trucks and trailers we visited in person and researched online, this one offered the best of both worlds: a perfect kitchen equipment lineup for our menu needs!
We drove to the seller's location to review the truck's formal inspections and repair/maintenance documents, kitchen layout, electrical, exhaust ventilation, fire suppression systems, chassis, power train, suspension and rooftop.
We realized there would be some immediate and long-term upgrades (to bring the truck back to its current state) and felt confident about this before consummating a purchase agreement.
