This is an online auction; all units are posted on ibid4storage.com under Moving & Storage of South Walkerville.
Winning bidders MUST pay for unit within 24 hours of auction closing. If they do not, then the unit will be offered to the next highest bidder. Units must be emptied within 48 hours.
Taxes will be applied to the sale of each unit when payment is made. Bidders will be required to show a government issued ID for pick up.
There will be a $75 deposit for each unit purchased which will be returned once the unit is empty, and the lock and keys are returned.
