If you want to make sure you get your young pigeons at the age where they won’t have to readjust from being at my loft to yours make sure you let me know. That way I can get them to you or you can pick them up at the correct age.
Also now taking reservations for:
Breeding male banded with Yellow tie left leg 2015. Hatched in 2015. Selling for $20
This is my favourite male, he is amazingly good at raising babies and he has never had a bad nest or infertile eggs unless it was due to the female he was with. His female from last year didn’t make it back in the loft after flying one day and he raised two newly hatched babies by himself. He is currently paired with a young bird and has two health baby birds in nest. I am selling because I already have him in most, if not all of my pigeons lineage.
Female band number of BH 705. She was a very good female but has not had fertile eggs in a few years. I am currently letting her raise some babies so she will be available after the babies are old enough. Selling for $5
Female band number of BH 726 A great flyer! And “always” the first one out in the morning. But she hasn’t had the best success with nests.
Selling for $5
If you are interested I can send pictures of anything you are interested in.
First come first serve.
Taking reservations for these and future young birds of this breeding season.
My birds have been kept up to date on health treatments and have been dewormed this spring before breeding.
I have flown ones related to the ones that I am selling.
This is the type of bird that is used for wedding release doves and also for magic tricks when birds are used.
For each pigeon you buy you will receive: some of the food I feed, a record of pedigree (from my loft breeding), past nesting information, health treatments such as deworming that have been done on them, and other information that would be helpful.
I originally obtained my flock with the knowledge that they are American imports of pure white homing pigeons.
Most of my pigeons are banded with Canadian Pigeon Fancier’s Association.
Selling at the price of $45 for this years (2021) young birds that are banded with Canadian Pigeon Fanciers Association, $40 without the band (but will have a coloured band on).
If you take 5 or more the price per bird is $10 less then the above prices.
$100 to $150 for a breeding pair, price dependent on the age of the birds.
May soon have some older birds that I will be selling at a reduced price, I will also have their known breeding ability available.
Pairs will be guaranteed to produce live young birds.
I can also do a DNA test to find sex of the young homers. This would be an additional cost, price would depend on cost of test. They are $20. 21 with tax and shipping.
Rather than using vaczines to control diseases in my loft I use common sense, keep them clean and healthy, and use natural feeding and supplements. If you plan to race or show your bird then you would most likely want to get it vaczinated.
Could possibly deliver to Winnipeg or Brandon if/when it works out.
