Selling my herd!
Description
Sold the farm and need to find a new home for my animals.
Breeze: coming 20-year-old registered grey Arabian mare. She is in amazing shape – never been lame always healthy. Loads, ties, trims, baths. Been to local shows and trail rides including Birds Hill and overnight at Spruce Woods. Vices: hard to catch.
Patience: coming 15-year-old purebred bay Arabian mare (not registered but can be.) She is in amazing shape. She had one foal when she was 9 and was a wonderful momma. Loads, ties, trims, baths. Been to local shows and trail rides, including Birds Hill and overnight at Clearlake. Vices: doesn’t like needles.
Agatha: coming 3-year-old purebred Red Angus cow who thinks she’s a horse. She was an orphan calf that we raised, and then she was adopted into the herd. She leads, ties, picks up her feet, loads, and has had a small person on her back…all when she feels like it or when enticed with feed. Vices: she loves to eat hoses and extension cords.
I am selling all of them together. If I sell them one at a time, I will be left with a lonely animal. Both horses are good riding horses, but they are not suitable for beginners. I would recommend a novice-experienced rider as they can get hot/spooky sometimes. They have been together for a long time, and can be a bit herd bound, but I am able to ride them alone. They haven’t been ridden much in the past year. Both horses are easy keepers and come with all their tack, brushes, etc. Agatha has a saddle as well. I may consider selling Agatha separately to a good home.
Note: The most important thing to me is that my animals go to a home where they will be loved and cared for. I want my horses to go to someone who will ride them. Agatha is a pet and not food. If you can’t promise a good home for her (and my horses), don’t bother to respond to this ad.
PM me with any questions.
