Vet record has first vaccine: Canine Distemper, Adenovirus, Type 2 Parainfluenza, Parvovirus.

Vet record has heartworm testing: Revolution Mauve

Vet record has fecal test / deworm: Strongid T

 

Pick up in Woodstock.
