Hi, my name is Paige, I am a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach and CrossFit L1 coach.
The progress photos you see above is my client 4 weeks into her personalized strength program I created for her.
If you’re anything like I once was, I wanted to go to the gym but had not a sweet clue wtf I was doing in there. I would search for plans and get super confused on what to do. Then I’d pay out the a$$ for a program I was actually interested in
After years of courses, working in the industry and endless research I now create programs for clients and myself
I’ve created one of my favourites yet — a 1 month strength program to take to the gym to target my weaknesses mainly focusing on:
▫️much needed booty gainz
▫️summer ready, rid of bingo wing arm, gainz
Included is a 2 month running interval training program to begin each workout along with warm up and cool down to target your day.
This program is created to burn fat and gain muscle where us ladies need it the most using a progressive overload rep scheme and high intensity interval training.
I work a lot with mental health and during a rough time I felt like I would offer my program for cheap to anyone who has felt like this pandemic may be getting the best of them.
