Hello, we live in Yarmouth County NS. We are located very near the town of Yarmouth. We have a 180 sq ft bunkie that I am thinking of offering to someone to"rent" close to the town of Yarmouth. I am wondering if there are any handy people out there that would be interested in living in it in exchange for finishing the work on it. There would be a few things that would have to be done to it in a certain time frame. For instance you could live in it for 5 years as long as within the first year you have electricity and water going to it. There would also have to be a small kitchen/kitchenette as well as a bathroom/shower room. The bottom floor is 100 sq/ft and the left is 80. It is large enough to stand in and get dressed or whatever you need to do up there as well. There are a few other things that would have to be done but if anyone is interested in doing something like this please let me know.
