Cozy home for assignment from February 1st - June 1st (will possibly for lease renewal.) We are moving home for school and no longer need to rent in Yarmouth at this time. This is an assignment so the our landlord will become yours. Rent it $550 Electricity and heat not included. The home has a heat pump and electric base boards, the electricity and heat bill comes to about $70 a month together. The house had two medium sized bedrooms and one bathroom. Newly renovated kitchen and new floor in the bathroom. Comes with a washer and dryer. Pets are allowed under 10lbs. Space for 2-3 cars to park in the driveway.
