Nous vous proposons un appartement vue mer et parc à l'Anse des Rochers, domaine situé dans l'une des plus belles résidences de la Guadeloupe.
Site exceptionnel les pieds dans l'eau avec piscine à débordement et plage privée à mois de 100 m du logement.
L’appartement est situé au 1er étage d'une villa comprenant 4 appartements situées entre plage et piscine , vous y trouverez tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un séjour inoubliable.
Le studio est prévu pour 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants idéalement) et a été entièrement rénové.
Il comprend un coin nuit climatisé avec une literie neuve en 160, televiseur écran plat, box internet, placards.
La chambre est fermée par une baie vitrée.
Une salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne, lave linge et WC séparé.
