FREE Mentoring for Health, Biology Science, Engineering Mentees
Description
The Association of Korean-Canadian Scientists and Engineers (AKCSE) and Korean Conversation Club (KCC) have partnered in a free mentorship program for studying/working in health, biological sciences, biomedical engineering, industrial engineering, and mechanical engineering! The mentoring is in English and open to all cultures and ethnicities. Mentees and mentors meet online 1-to-1 or in a small group, for 1-2 hours, 1-2 times a month, for ~4 months in a semester in active personalized question-and-answer (Q&A) conversational discussions.
Eligible mentees:
• Are interested in OR currently studying engineering/technology, OR graduated and want to get an engineering/technology job in Canada
Eligible mentors have done any 1 of the following:
• Finished an engineering/technology internship
• Graduated and are working/worked using engineering/technology credential(s)
• Currently in OR finished engineering/technology graduate school (Master's, PhD, postdoctoral)
Certificates for resumes, LinkedIn, etc. are given to both mentors and mentees at the end of the mentorship! Both mentees and mentors can give scheduling and other preferences by signing up at
