10×40 bunk for sale. $20,000 obo No leaks that we know and we've lived in it for almost 2 years. New carpet installed this summer. New shower installed when we moved in. Will also be getting new outside doors. One downside is it does not have its own water tank in it. It looks like it would be possible to install one but we didn't need it. Because we have the water shed for storage. We will be willing to sell the water shed with the bunk. The bunk is empty and ready to be moved.
