I am a 25 year old looking for a roommate either temporarily or long-term. I have 2 cats, which means I am at the building pet limit, so no new animals could be brought it, unfortunately :(
The apartment is on the second floor, neighbours are friendly and quiet, we have in-suite washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher and AC, and there are plug-in parking stalls available in the building parking lot. All utilities and internet are included, though you’d have to pay for your own parking stall.
