You will be the only consistent renter and will have certain responsibilities:
-Wash dishes and clean the common areas once a day (kitchen, bathrooms, living room)
-Turnover rooms once guests leave and prepare them for the next guest
-Communicate with landlord on how things are goingMost guests check out at around 11 am and the next guests check in around 3pm. You will need to be available during that time to turnover rooms for the next guests. Sometimes there are accommodations for check-in/check-out time so you need to be relatively available to turn over rooms.
