This past fall I booked a week at the Trump Tower over Easter. My son and I always head to Vegas this week since there is no school. Check in is Good Friday and check out the follow friday. Our flights are out of Great Falls with Allegiant. Great prices! This resort is a gold crown. It’s the deluxe full one bedroom suite (full kitchen, full bedroom, washer/dryer; sleeps 4 with the pull out couch). This trip was booked before I booked two bucket list trips (Hawaii and Greece) that are being done before Easter. I’d like to see if I can sell this week so that we can just stay home though. I am a timeshare owner (of 25 years) and this is a great resort. No timeshare presentation is needed when you are given a guest certificate by an owner. It’s a great place! After exchange and maintenance fees, my costs were $1300CAD (points were 18 and my cost is $50/point + $400 exchange fee). The guest certificate is also just over $120. I’ll cover that in the sale too. What that does is it puts the reservation under your name. So my costs are $1420CAD but I’m asking $1000. There are no extra fees. Did I mention this is reading week?!

A beautiful resort, split into 4 separate areas, you can use all the amenities in all sections of the resort. Inquire and I might be able to get you one for the River Island Village, East Village, West Village & North Village depending on availability. We have other units listed for Friday check in 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom units and in other sections of the resort for other dates. There is a fee for golf and tube rental on the lazy river and some other activities for children
We have owned here since 1986. It is our favorite resort, it touches on Disney property. There is a shuttle around the resort and to the grocery store, but a car is recommended.
There are 2 - 18 hole golf courses and 2 - 9 hole courses. 1 is lit at night.
There are 9 restaurants and a grocery store on the property and there is Mall across the street from the resort for anything else that you might need. We do not leave the resort very often as there is so much to do at the resort and they offer most everything that you might need.

Welcome pack info below Check in The front gate is guarded. They will direct you to the check in location. At check in they will need proof of identification. You will need to show something like a drivers license or passport. They will also want a credit card because purchases can be charged to your room. If you do not make any purchases there will be no extra charge at Check out. FIREWORKS from Disney can be viewed form some units. We always stop and ask to see our bill to ensure there are no unauthorized purchases. We have never had a problem, but just to be safe.
Directions The resort is on highway 192 also called Irlo Bronson memorial Highway. You can see part of 1 of the 4 golf courses from the 192. If you are coming from the airport or I4 from Daytona Beach direction, pass under the 429 Toll road and you will see the golf course and the main entrance. If coming from the Tampa direction, we recommend exiting on 27 north at Haines City and then turn right on the 192. Once on 192 Orange Lake is 3,5 miles on the left. Parking They will issue you parking passes for all vehicles at the front desk.

Dans la communauté prestigieuse Stoneybrook de Palmer Ranch qui héberge un des meilleurs clubs et terrains de golf à Sarasota (Arthur Hills 18-holes course). Membership transférable (à partir de $300 dépendant la longueur de bail). À proximité de tout: Costco, Lowe's, Walmart, les épiceries et tous les autres types de commerces, magasins et restaurants. Une piscine chauffée et un terrain de tennis (aussi pour pickleball) sont justement à quelques pas à côté de l'immeuble, et les autres facilités et installations sont aussi accessibles dans la communauté: Clubhouse avec salle à manger (très bon et au prix très raisonnable), le gym, la piscine de taille standard olympique, les terrains de tennis, mini golf, ... etc.
Sarasota est surnommée la ville capitale de culture de Floride, est nommée comme la meilleure destination pour la retraite aux É.-U. plusieurs années d'affillées. Seulement moins d'une heure de l'aéroport à Tampa, est aussi facilement accessible via les aéroports à Sarasota/Bradenton, Fort Myers ou Orlando.
