Aux environs à quelques minutes de marche des parcs aquatiques, transports en commun et près de tous les commerces et magasins de grandes surfaces.
Le locataire a accès à tout le logement ainsi qu'aux services sur le site.
Nous avons une voiture 7 passagers (Grand Caravan) de disponible pour une location avec un stationnement inclut. Le prix sera à discuter selon le nombre de jours de location.
Un service de ménage est inclus pour les 15 premiers jours de location. Chaque tranche supplémentaire de 15 jours, un montant de 1500$ (pesos MXN) vous sera demandé pour le service de ménage et ce OBLIGATOIREMENT et payable AVANT l’entrée au logement.

It has one king size bed (in the master bedroom), two double beds (in the second bedroom), plus a sofa bed in the living room. Housekeeping can push the two beds together and make them up as one giant king, if you like. The 2,100 square foot Presidential Suite (total including balcony/patio) is three times the size of the Junior Suite! Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. It also has a jetted Jacuzzi bathtub in the master bathroom. The two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit -- for maximum privacy -- with the living room, dining area and kitchen in the middle.

We have a time share with Royal holiday and are unable to use it. March 15-22 booked in a Junior suite. Not flexible on dates. 2 adults. I king bed, kitchenette, balcony, internet.
