With spring around the corner, NOW is a great time to grab this site! Once the warm weather hits this wont last long....

-lots of older peoples and new families in the area.

-Good gental ocean with sand for swimming and clams for costal foriging.

-Nice place to unwind and explore the woods or the coast.

-Bbqs at sun set with the sounds of the waves lapping the sandy shore

-Warm winter temps with little to no snow, and protected from the wind

-lots of employment in the area

-lots of BIG deer around the property, could make a nice hunting camp....

-$500 a month, or $200 a week Winter price untill May 2026, Summer prices will take affect after May...
