We are a licensed builder and construction company, specializing in commercial construction and renovation projects in the Bow Valley since 2006.

Role Description:
This is a contract position, overseeing the efficiency, build/completion of 2, 4-Plex staff accommodations units located in Lake Louise, AB. The Site Superintendent will be responsible for coordination with project manager, managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, while adhering to a high quality standard. Daily activities will include coordination of Turrum employees, labourers, subcontractors, resolving construction issues, and adhering to safety regulations.

Contract Duration
April 1 2025 - Project Completion (Winter/Early Spring 2026) Possibility for permanent full-time position.

Qualifications
• Experience in construction project management and site supervision
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Certification or degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus
• Health and Safety certification is a plus

Renumeration
The contract budgets a minimum of $80,000 for the position and duration of the build but can be negotiated depending on skills and qualifications of applicants. We are also open to negotiating compensation structure.
