Hiring Painters

Treeline Painting is hiring! We are looking to expand our team with new & experienced painters for the 2023 exterior season. Come work with us this summer on exciting projects throughout Canmore and Banff. Work outside all summer with some of the best views you can get from a ladder in one of the most beautiful places in Canada!

If you're looking for the perfect summer job, this is for you. We operate seasonally from Mid-April to Mid-October and are able to accommodate varying employee timelines within that season, so please indicate your availability within your application. Positions are full-time, paid bi-weekly, overtime on the 8/44 rule, ±44 hours per week.

Hourly pay rate: $24.00 – $35.00 - depending on experience, position, and skills.

Tasks:
- Determine best order of tasks prior to job commencement
- Erect ladders, scaffolding and safe methods of access where needed
- Clean, scape, sand and prepare surfaces as to be painted
- Mask, tape & protect surfaces not to be painted
- Apply coatings via brush, roller or sprayer as outlined in job summary
- Complete daily clean up and job site inspection

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation to and from job sites
- Comfortable working from ladders at heights
- Excellent verbal communication + reliability
- Professional attitude

Value Added:
- Man-lift operators ticket + experience
- 6+ months painting experience
- Paint sprayer use + experience
