Je suis soutenu par un réseau d'experts en construction, d'agents immobiliers et de prêteurs.Qui je recherche :
D'abord et avant tout quelqu'un d'honnête et d'intègre. Comme les investissements immobiliers sont importants, la confiance doit être établie et les deux parties doivent se sentir à l'aise avec une décision conjointe même si des contrats légaux sont en place.
Deuxièmement, la capacité d'investir un minimum de 150 000 $ et de se qualifier pour un prêt hypothécaire. En tant qu'associé, vous ne serez pas impliqué dans les activités quotidiennes liées à l'identification d'opportunités lucratives, à la gestion financière, immobilière et locative, mais vous apporterez les fonds nécessaires à l'achat, à la réparation, à l'entretien et autres dépenses nécessaire.Notez que je suis 100% bilingue et serai heureux de discuter avec vous en anglais ou en français.
