Job Title: Developmental Support Worker (DSW)
Location: Belleville, ON
Candidate must have a valid DSW/CYW/Autism Support Diploma
Payrate: $25.00-$26.00 per hour

Diploma or degree in Developmental Services Worker, Social Services, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably in a community-based setting.
Knowledge of developmental disabilities, and the ability to implement individualized support plans and behavior support plans.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and to adapt to changing needs and priorities.
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
Valid CPI or UMAB certification.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is an asset

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Evening shift
Morning shift
Weekends as needed

Licence/Certification:
Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) (preferred)
CPR Certification (preferred)
DSW Diploma/Certification (required)
